We're building the workspace game teams should have always had.

GameFrame started after our co-founders watched a balance patch tank a launch because three people were editing the same Google Sheet. Six years later, here we are.

The story

In 2024, our co-founders were systems designers on a mid-size shooter. They watched a launch slip because three balance designers had been editing the same Google Sheet for six weeks — a stale row from one branch made it into the patch, and the SMG damage went out at half what it was supposed to be.

The takeaway wasn't "we need better discipline". The takeaway was "these are docs, and docs deserve git-class infrastructure". GameFrame is what we wish we'd had that month.

Today GameFrame is used by hundreds of studios — from solo prototypers to multi-team AA. Our reviewer personalities are trained by working game designers, and we ship every week.

What we believe

Your doc, your call

Reviewers suggest. Authors decide. We never auto-merge a suggestion you didn't accept.

Lineage over latest

Every change is reversible. Every diff is signed. No surprise overwrites.

Voice matters

Findings should sound like the reviewer they came from. Generic AI voice is its own kind of slop.

Built for the playtest, not the demo

Every feature is dogfooded against a real game studio before it ships.
